Update! 4/14/2023: Shift has permanently closed. Sign was taken down today and the inside of the sales area, all desks and furniture has been removed. No cars on the lot and is now closed.
Not a great experience, I tried to buy a vehicle online. Did everything on my end including paying the overpriced shipping up front. Then nothing. Didn't hear from anybody for 4 days.. called so many times and waited on hold for an hour every time before giving up.. then finally after calling them and telling them I want to cancel the deal somebody calls me back within an hour to finish the deal.. this so-called shift advisor trying to sell me everything extra that I don't want or need including their own in-house financing ... read more
Inexperienced and short on inventory knowledge. No sales pressure or willingness to help
Costumer service is Almost none existent, good luck trying to reach some one to actually answer a question. I have not even started the process of buying the car and have already gotten to many red flags with the company so am just going to take my business some where else. FYI to the people looking into the company if you have any question about a car or anything regarding the downers grove office you will be directed to the California main corporate and they will just put you on hold until you eventually just hang up.
