This attorney Michael Shifrin does NOT do his due diligence and looks into things before he sends out letters or puts leans on properties, I highly DO NOT recommend him to anybody unless they wanna get a law suit against themselves and (or) the board and condo association. He does Not respond to emails (3+) or returns phone calls (10+) very unprofessional.. I give him -1 star (there is no way to give 0 or negative stars.)

Shifrin Legal are truly dedicated and to providing excellent service. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable in condo, HOA and townhome association law. The paralegal staff is courteous and prompt in their responses. Michael does an excellent job communicating effectively to ensure we understand issues and concerns completely.
