Appalling spent 2 days trying to get appointment filling in form. They rang once only one ring then cut off. They prefer you to continue to put pressure on NHS hospitals. Will be moving practice can’t take anymore

You hear such terrible reviews but my experience has been a really positive one - rang for appointment on Tuesday morning- seen at shifnal at 11, reception staff pleasant, seen by Mathew who was lovely. He phoned through to PRH and was advised to go to emergency department. In 2 hours I’d had bloods taken, CT scan, ECG and X-ray was been seen by several nursing staff, junior doctor and a really lovely consultant. Really couldn’t fault the service or the care given
Seen for my appointment promptly and the Doctor/Nurse were very nice.
