It all started when I not long ago purchased from MF a S&F non flippable and had the delivery team take away my Two Sided 1995 firm S&F. After awhile I had terrible regrets that i parted with that mattress and had to adjust to a mattress that I felt would sag a little and I could not flip it. To me I felt the mattress industry cheapened their product with the one sided design. I own 2 Shifman mattresses and I will never buy another one. Called customer service and they basically said they do nothing for you as I have a warrantee and it’s down on each side and they will not even have someone look at it. 5000.00 dollar mattress. Beware and do not buy a Shifman. I expected better.
