I own 2 Shifman mattresses and I will never buy another one. Called customer service and they basically said they do nothing for you as I have a warrantee and it’s down on each side and they will not even have someone look at it. 5000.00 dollar mattress. Beware and do not buy a Shifman. I expected better.

I recently purchased a Shifman "Emerald" mattress in queen size from a reputable furniture gallery in North Shore Long Island. It cost me over $3,000.00 and within a couple of months I noticed the mattress is sagging in the middle!
