Our experience with Shiffman Mattress Company has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Communication was almost nonexistent — calls and messages were routinely ignored, and when we did manage to reach someone, we were passed from one representative to another with no real answers or progress. It all started when I not long ago purchased from MF a S&F non flippable and had the delivery team take away my Two Sided 1995 firm S&F. After awhile I had terrible regrets that i parted with that mattress and had to adjust to a mattress that I felt would sag a little and I could not flip it. To me I felt the mattress industry cheapened their product with the one sided design. I own 2 Shifman mattresses and I will never buy another one. Called customer service and they basically said they do nothing for you as I have a warrantee and it’s down on each side and they will not even have someone look at it. 5000.00 dollar mattress. Beware and do not buy a Shifman. I expected better.
