We had a heat pump failure during a period of extreme cold, the guys at Shiftlet HVAC got our system up and running in a timely manner, and were surprisingly affordable, highly recommend!
Lost heat in my bathroom/laundry room along w/my dryer. Called Shifflet and he came out within an hour. Wasn't here long and said it was loose wires. Worked for a couple of hours and quit. I checked the breaker to reset it and it almost fell out! Called him and he said he would come back the next day. Said I was on the schedule. Shifflet HVAC came out diagnose my AC issues and were able to quickly uncover the issue and correct it. Efficient, helpful, and very fair price. Definitely will call on them for any future issues
This is the second time we've used Shifflett HVAC and both times were great experiences. A family member of ours used Shifflett too and they are very pleased. In July of 2022, our ac was failing due to its age of 20+years. We contacted Justin late one Friday afternoon and he arrived Saturday morning promptly. Justin and his crew are some of my most trusted service providers. He always goes above and beyond to do right by his customers. Lots of HVAC companies want to push new systems on people, but Justin will spend a little extra time and go the extra mile to repair it if it is possible. Justin is a trustworthy christian man and does work for my investment properties as-well as my personal home. Highly Recommend!
