I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this practice! Mehvesh in reception was an absolute angel on the phone, she was patient and kind with me and answered many questions as we have just moved here from British Columbia and things work very differently here. I have a three month old and deep in my postpartum journey, and she was even so lovely to give me some wonderful words of encouragement and support. I was a patient of this clinic for four years: I would not recommend it. Updated: Dr. Diaz was my family doctor for a year and a half. I liked her, but a few months ago we had an interaction where she misinterpreted something I said and “fired” me as a patient. I left a review at the time because I wanted other patients to know there was nothing they could have done to warrant that reaction — it seems to be consistent with how she responds when patients upset her. I can see now why there are so many bad reviews for how the clinic is run. I tried calling 3 times today and the answering system either dropped the call or I got a receptionist who immediately put me on a long hold and never came back. The third time I called I waited on hold for almost 20 minutes before giving up. I tried booking through their online system but I'm unsure if the doctor is taking new patients, it doesn't say on their website which is why I called. I had no Dr but shifa clinic wld clean wax from my ears. And they also do a check up on every patient. They weren't accepting new patients. But they discovered I had iron immunity and before u knew what was happening, I was receiving in depth check up and Dr Myroniuk was fixing concerns that were past overdue. The staff is amazing and so helpful I've never seen such efficiency and dedication by Dr Myroniuk and staff
