Even with a booked appointment, you end up waiting for hours — just like a walk-in. What’s the point of scheduling if there’s no respect for the time slot? This happens every time and it’s incredibly frustrating. It feels like the clinic is either overbooking patients or not properly managing the time for each appointment. There’s absolutely no value placed on patients’ time. Please improve your scheduling system — people have other commitments too.
0 star. very poor service. wanted me to sign a waiver before having a consultation. Go in the room and the guy is not even finished logging the last job on his computer wait 5-7 minutes. Assuming things and saying that are not true. Ended up walking out respectfully and telling reception to shred my information as a first time customer and will not be returning.
They have the worst receptionist's in my experience
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this practice! Mehvesh in reception was an absolute angel on the phone, she was patient and kind with me and answered many questions as we have just moved here from British Columbia and things work very differently here. I have a three month old and deep in my postpartum journey, and she was even so lovely to give me some wonderful words of encouragement and support.
