I had a great experience at Shifa Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very organized. They made the appointment process smooth and were always happy to answer my questions. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the treatment. Very good Docter staff very nice.
Dr Sadia is great, too bad the staff who work there are completely pathetic. A majority of them don’t speak English, for the ones that do, that have no respect for the patient, their time or their business. They are constantly switching appointment times. I had an appointment for 5:20 which was changed 2 days later to 5:40. I received a call at 5:30 to make sure I was coming on time…. THEN made me wait 40 minutes because they were running behind!
