This was not someone who was fair and unbiased. He made me feel uncomfortable. HIs report was inaccurate. Out of 28 cases in which he has testified, he has fequently been disqualified as an expert witness. He certainly seems to be an "expert" witness cum part-time adjunct faculty. He has published nothing.
