I am writing to give praise to Shields Transfer Line, of Cazenovia. They were involved in the towing of my father's truck after an accident. They treated the situation with kindness and sincerity, which was especially appreciated given the serious nature of the accident. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of towing, as I feel they have both the physical means to help, as well as the empathy needed in these challenging situations.
