Wendy is great to communicate with and the price is great as well. Where they lose the stars are with the hours of operation and how tight the spots are. It is gate access but they only allow you to enter between 7 am and 8 pm. Those of you that own an RV know that is terrible. The spots are super tight. You have to hope you are beside someone who actually cares if their door hits your RV. I unfortunately wasn't. As a result I got 2 scratches I had to repair.
