From hello to job done he earned every dollar! Communication was great! Punctual, very thorough, doesn’t waste time, polite and professional. He came out on a Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. I called the very few others that were open but his price was way more reasonable. I highly recommend!

At 10pm on a Saturday night our tub stopped draining completely and water was coming out of the floor. Shields Plumbing was recommended in a few community groups I am in so I sent a text (didn't want to wake anyone at 10pm). The message was responded to in minutes and they were out the next morning and had the issue fixed in 20 minutes (max)! Thank you Ross and Shields Plumbing! The communication was clear from the first conversation.

The owner Ross Sheilds worked with us for almost two years on our major home remodel project. He did all the plumbing for the house. Our completely gutted primary bathroom and kitchen. Plumbed a new bathroom & media room kitchenette we added. Put in a new tankless hot water heater, fire pit gas line, new main water line, found hidden leak and the list goes on & on!! He and his team are knowledgeable, prompt, professional and courteous. We even had him work on our rental and recommended him to family.
