Since I posted this review: 679 days have passed 97 weeks have passed 22 months and 1 week have passed 1 year and 10 months have passed Original mistaken identity review which we would have been completely mortified and quick to fix upon learning we’d made had we been notified in a way that didn’t (apparently) go to spam. First of all, there was a lot of miscommunication about when he was supposed to show up we got a message kept on trying to call back saying yes we’re here at home waiting but never heard back. We finally got hold of them and it was past their appointment time. They showed up at 4:15 Pm. My wife went to go answer the door and the dog was barking. My wife was friendly.
