Everyone at Shields MRI, Dedham, MA were great. Dana checked me in, asked some questions, acknowledged my anxiety, helped to calm me, place the needle in my arm for the contrast, Abbie at the front desk was great and Liz the technician made me comfortable. It’s my second or third time with them, and they always go above and beyond to make it a better experience than you think about.
