I had a pleasant experience at my visit to Lowell General on Varnum Street. Everyone from the staff at the main entrance desk to the receptionist at the MRI desk and the three technicians giving me my MRI were excellent, pleasant and very courteous!
It was a smooth experience. I am claustrophobic and they talked me through it and made me feel safe.
Very clean the changing area provides a locker. The staff was friendly and explained everything ahead. Questions were encouraged it made the experience very easy with the headphones on. Thank you for your care.
