It was pleasant. Technicians were professional and nice
The people were very nice. Made you feel less anxious. Got my results the very next day. I would have given you a 10 instead of a 5 if they had offered that rating.
The staff was wonderful in easing my apprehension, walked me thru the entire procedure, let me look at the machine beforehand, andexplained what I need to do. They were very courteous and sympathetic to my worries and concerns. The nurse was excellent also. I’m a very hard “stick” and she was very patient with my veins and was able to get the needle in very quickly. She explained the entire contrast procedure so I could fully understand what would be happening. Overall a great experience!
From checking in through discharge, I observed a very busy, competent, and organized team. Everyone I came in contact with were polite and explained to me what to expect. The accommodations were clean and tidy. The MRI machine experience went well The results were reviewed and in my chart withon 3 hours. The team was very efficient. I didn't have to wait at all. The overall experience was pleasant so 8 gave a 5 star rating.
