Overall a great visit, quick and very efficient. Great staff. I got great news after the MRI.
Very disappointing. I told everyone I was claustrophobic and needed an open mri. One I got was not as expected. Felt closed to me. My last mri gave me the ability to see below and over my head. I lasted about three minutes this time. Asked to be rescheduled with appropriate mri. Still waiting. Staff were great.
I have had a few MRi’s here. The staff is welcoming & knowledgeable, facility clean & comfortable. This last time my challenge was laying flat induced incredible pain in my injured area. Though I tried, I could not stand the pain and I stopped. The two techs couldn’t have been kinder, suggesting I wasn’t the first, and also suggesting some options for when I returned. Needless to say I left very discouraged. I was rebooked 2 days later. Two different and wonderful techs. They used a different machine, it was only 15 long min... read more
They were able to get me in earlier than expected, I was very happy it freed up a nice sunny afternoon
