Very kind and professional
This is the only MRI clinic I will ever go to which is Shields in Brighton Ma. Been using them for years and the staff have always been so kind and patient. The young woman at the front desk always smiles and is so helpful and the technicians always go beyond to help you feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you Shields.

Very professional staff. They explained everything. The facility was great and the process was easy. However, getting a copy of the image is a nightmare.
