Shields has such a professional team, beginning with Zenaya calling to set up the appointment and then greeting us when we arrived with her friendly, cheerful personality. It continued with each and every person we met, including the technician and his assistant. They recognized my anxiety and put me at ease immediately. They even asked my husband if he wanted to come in with us and he said yes. An additional comfort. I requested an open machine which they were happy to accommodate.
