I’m EXTREMELY claustrophobic and the true open MRI was so comfortable. The staff was very attentive to my anxiety and supported me throughout the entire process.
I was so anxious. I had had a brain MRI at Mt. Auburn ER a year or so ago and it was pretty traumatic. I didn't think I could do it again. My sister encouraged me to go to Shields. She was right. It was great. The tube is bigger, the cage/mask isn't as scary. My husband was in the room with me. I don't know if I fell asleep, but it didn't seem to take that long. I will definitely use Shields again and tell my friends. Thank you.
Everyone was so cordial and polite
The staff was amazing! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I get very nervous whenever I need to do an MRI. Highly recommend them !!
