Loved it as much as anyone can "love" an MRI. The staff at this office was friendly, professional and excellent at putting me at ease. They tech and the doctor both clearly explained the arthrogram procedure and explained the MRI procedure and what to expect. I was able to go feet first into the wide (open) tube and my head was out so it was not overpowering. This office and procedure was much better than I ever anticipated. If MRI (with arthrogram) are needed, I would recommend this office.
The receptionist today, at the office 3-1-2017 @ about 10:41 Am, she couldn't hide the fact that she don't like colored people it was very obvious, i even have to talk to her about but with her reply she didn't care at all. She is very rude!
