I was nervous about taking a MRI,but each staff person I had to deal with put me at ease. They were all very pleasant and very knowledgeable about their duties they had to do with administering my MRI.(especially Matt). I would recommend Shields MRI to anyone that had to get a MRI.
I was early and was greeted and checked in by a personable woman.
Everyone was very nice, helpful and kind during my visit. Even after a slightly unsettling experience the women w me helped me immensely.
Folks were appropriately competent and kind.
