I was nervous going in because I do suffer from claustrophobia. I got there early they took me in right away. They we're friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were quick and efficient and I made it through without any problems.
Staff were helpful and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. They explained the process and answered my questions.
I was efficiently signed in and run through the list of pertinent questions for a safe MRI, and made comfortable for the process. Personnel were both kind and quick. Because two MRIs were scheduled, they were able to do the second one right away after a brief pause to readjust the equipment, and I could comfortably wait in the dressing area. It was a very smooth process, and my questions were answered about getting the results.
