The staff were very respectful, helpful, kind, compassionate, gentle, and communicated very well with me.
I have to say, I will never be afraid to get an MRI again. I didn't mind the open machine. I was made very comfortable with pillows , eye cover, ear plugs and music. The technician was very caring and explained each time she changed the sequence. The man who greeted me and took my information was very caring and compassionate. He also was able to get me in for both my MRI with a cancellation. That made me very happy. So I didn't have to come back the next day. I was very relaxed . Thank you for having a great staff!!
