I had an appointment early this week and it was raining badly. I had to use an old umbrella and as I walked through the doors, the whole thing fell apart in pieces. I checked in with the Receptionist and asked if there was a bin for me to safely put the mess away. Sadly it was a big umbrella with sharp metal parts. As my appointment was due in a few minutes, this wonderful Receptionist came out of the staff area to find a bin but they were all too small. My daughter had her vaccine shot here. Incredible service by the two nurses who administered it. I was touched by the care they showed my daughter. Absolutely oozing kindness.
This place is a joke better wish I do not have a cancer gean coz if a do am coming from yours haha refused a blood test when my mother is positive for the gean !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Worst surgery i ever had an experience with. Closed on bank holiday on a Monday. Refused to give an appointment to my dad because I accidentally forgot to tell him, mistakes can happen as i am a human not a bot but only one was enough for them. And you can only get an appointment on 8:30AM not after as you are not allowed to get sick after that. Too many issues with this surgery and please don’t get registered with this surgery and if you are transfer yourself to another surgery.
worst gp ever. don't recommend at all. they lost my blood results and said they dont have anywhere on the system that i was even in and now claimed i came in last month for thyroid when i didnt???? and requested for another blood appointment and my doctor is now refusing to book another just because my "thyroid blood tests" came back clear. been feelinf like ive been literally dying and made my issues clear from the start been to the hospital had paramedics come to my house and still refused a blood test. rude doctor aswell ... read more
