I have a specialized needs child who is entering the school system and the whole process has been overwhelming. I scheduled a call (easy to do and the reason for the two stars) and was called at my appointment time. However, the person answering the phone wasn’t interested in hearing anything about my daughter and concerns. They hustled wanted money immediately on the phone to even tell me if the Shields Law group was the right place for me.
