The professionals were very informative and considerate. They treated me with dignity and respect.
Technicians were very polite and cordial. Explained everything they were doing and the length of time it would take. The unit was very cold but a warm blanket did the job.
Very professional and competent staff. I think you should advise patients to bring a sweater or blanket or shawl to use when sitting in the unit during the initial interview. It was freezing. Warm blankets given to me during test but I was so cold several hours later and even a chill when I got into bed.
Multiple needle attempts, not good ... Other than that ok
The services I received were very thoughtful, and curious. The two people taking care of me were very gentle and helpful. The tests went smoother, and they take their jobs very seriously. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They are very good and quick. I will recommend Shields to anyone I know
