My appt was changed 5 times. Very dissatisfied. And one rescheduler told me I should've booked at a free standing clinic and not at a hospital setting where there are inpatients.

Staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Appointment went like clockwork. I was in & out in about 1 hour. Just wish I had gotten a hard copy of receipt , need a copy to get reimbursed for my - copayment.
