Ken, Service Technician, provided clear guidance on a chimney repair. He was efficient and a good communicator. He followed up on the repair that was made and cared about his work performance. Ken was able to answer questions and provide feedback. He had a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes of helping others make an informed decision. I hired this company to install a fireplace, and unfortunately, the process was frustrating from start to finish. After paying the down payment, Shields completely shifted in their approach.
