I would like to thank Karen, the pharmacist, who I find to be a warm proactive, caring provider. Thank you so much for taking the extra time to suggesting a slight change to my compounded Rx and following through to get the Rx reissued so quickly. Karen's clarity on how to take the medication gave me peace of mind. Additionally I would like to thank the owner of Shields Pharmacy for the staff who is always courteous and very dedicated to the customers.

Ordered a throat spray paid for overnight shipping received medicine pump would not work called the next morning left a message no one returned my call that was Friday called again Tuesday they were supposed to send a replacement said it went out on Tuesday it's Saturday still have not received. Had a tonsillectomy with a biopsy pain was significant. I would like to have my $63.00 refunded.
Shields Compounding Pharmacy is the easiest and most efficient Pharmacy I have worked with. When I call for a refill the staff is always so helpful. If the staff is busy and it goes into voice mail, by the next day I get a FedEx email saying the prescription is being delivered. In addition, they are the most reasonably priced compound Pharmacy. Be cautious, .....this pharmacy is not providing safe .... Products... a medication was send to my doctor's office. The label had no warning that it was needed to be refrigerated!!! When they were contacted... Letting them know the problem... that The medication became cloudy ... They choose not to stand behind their products... Refused to refund money $$$500.00 dollars or to replace the medication. Be aware... Go with a more known responsible pharmacy!!! ... Be careful... If it happened once¿??
