Obviously these guys are not interested in selling or leasing properties. I have left a significant number of messages on both voicemails and have received no response.
I have personally dealt with Mr. Anand from Sheild Real Estate in a couple of dealings and my experience has been very positive and enriching. Anand has been very professional,communicated regularly and did all the due diligence in getting the deal through. Keep with the great work!!!
Andrew is the most arrogant and rude landlord/property manager/person i have ever met and deal with. Andrew and his mum own a small property/shop and they gave us a lot of hard time, look down on people etc! They only care about money. Luckily we got out of there as soon as we can. And from that time i told myself, dont be a pity tenant!! Now i own 2 properties myself!! Thank you for the experience!! 🙃
