I have always known Mr. Shields to be ethical in all business deals. He tells and give receipt of work estimate and what you paid to get the job done. I went in today to fix car remote fob. He spent at least 30minutes trying to sold the problem. While he was not able to help me, he did not charge me a dime Good business relationship there, thanks again.
BE AWARE!!! This guy is a hack. Just moved out here needed a new auto shop. He will be friendly in your face and snake you. Brought in a 2018 BMW 340i for front bumper replacement and sensor repairs. I already had a bumper bought. At first he tells he the total is $3k. I ask for a quote on paper, he refuses. Then at the end he says the total is $6k. Just car my car serviced at Shields Auto and Richie was so easy to work with. Had a compressor issue and he took care of it in a speedy amount of time all while keeping me informed of the parts and pricing. Great spot that’s local if you need something taken care of by a great team.
Do not recommend! Decided to go in after all the 5 star reviews and was very disappointed with the work done with my car. With the amount I paid I was expecting much more. This place is a SCAM
SCAMMER ALERT! I went to shields auto repair to get my car fixed. Instead of fixing it he took my money and hid the problems with my car
