I’ve been bringing both my car and my wife’s car to Richie at Shields Collision & Auto Repair for quite some time, and he has always provided great service. He recently worked on my vehicle and got it back driving smoothly again. Richie is honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and takes the time to explain what needs to be done. While I don’t bring every repair here, Shields is one of the main shops I trust whenever we need work done. I highly recommend Richie and his team!
They are a team of talented machines and will diagnose your car to the root cause. The owner is disciplined and professional which reveals in their delivery. I encourage you guys out there to patronize them
Got in a wreck and they fixed it up better then before the wreck, highly recommend.
3 years without my VW Jetta gli, 5 mechanics telling me it couldn’t be fixed or isn’t worth it, & finally after family referral, Mr. Richie’s shop brought my baby back to life. Grateful for his time and care on my car. Engine repair on VW is not a cheap or an easy fix but I believe this shop can fix anything after my experience. Beyond thankful for the repair and patience through this process!
I hate that it took me this long to write this review, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I have had issues with the collision repair done by Shields from day one. After I picked up my car, I noticed overspray on the paint. I brought it to their attention, and while they did attempt to fix it, the overspray was never completely removed.
