Paul is an outstanding gas range technician! We have a Thermador range and he knows what is needed to repair it just by the problem description before he gets here! Highly recommend Paul!
Excellent service & I have used Shields Appliance Service more than once. Mr Shields is professional, very reliable & very nice. I would recommend him to anybody.
He can fix an oven but he can't return phone calls for service, so try one of the other providers after the first message you leave.

Our Sub Zero freezer was not working and Paul is the only licensed repair person for Sub zero in Tallahassee. We left a message, as it was not an emergency, and he called back the next morning and came to us within 30 minutes. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly and explained what he was doing and why and gave us some tips about our fridge and he answered our other questions, even about our viking oven and stove, which he is also licensed for.
