Great range of products.
Very very happy with Shieldcoat. We had our roof painted by a contractor using Shieldcoat paint which seemed like he was using old paint. 3 years later the roof went from a basalt colour to virtually white powdery look. Rang Shieldcoat and they sent Wayne out to inspect and from that they stood by their paint warranty. Wayne did the roof paint always keeping us informed and did the most amazing job. Have shield coat on my driveway. Said guaranteed not to crack, well it did. One good thing is the color has lasted and looks great after it cleaned. Just trying to get hold of someone to help with what sealer do I use.

If I could, I would have given them 0 (ZERO) for customer care. I’m currently in dispute with one of their clients, Mr Highlights. After just 4 years, the roof is ready for another renovation. After assessing my photos, both Messrs Mark and Finn Slater (company directors) promised to inspect my roof and write a report. This has been going now for over 3 weeks; my several calls, endless promises, never calling back, no visit or a report. Very poor, or rather non-existent, customer care.
