Just rented a unit here and the ladies at the desk were sooooo helpful! Great experience start to finish! They have the best prices around too!
The first 3 months being half off helped a lot. Staff is super nice and helpful. If you ask for a hand dolly they find you one. I love them!!! Now it's different. Any time I go to my storage unit during the day someone from the office comes over to my unit area. It was never like that before. My rent has continued to go up. I started paying 149 and now im up to 194. I have rented a unit since June 2024.. I know there are people with their animals that poop inside the unit areas. We’ve had such a great move in experience. Reserving online was easy & staff was helpful during move in. Management and staff then went above and beyond to change our units 24 hours later per our request so we could have better access to service in the unit. The space is so clean, quiet, and well taken care of. It feels as though they care about customer service and making their customers happy, not just profit.
