Arthur was a fantastic help and I’m always appreciative of the support. The spaces are nice. We rent a few for our company. I’m happy with the level of security that comes with having units at this storage facility.
Good price at first - until it went up by $90 per month AND they are infested with mice! Every surface of my furniture had mouse droppings on it. Called to tell them to talk to them about it and they told me, "well that's what you have renter's insurance for." I told them, " no, that's why I pay rent, to keep my stuff safe and sound at a storage company. He told me he was hanging up because he didn't want to argue with me.
Amazing people Megan especially she was so kind and very helpful to show us some units.
