Just removed all my belongings from Shield Storage after 4 or 5 years. They are very reasonable priced and very nice people to deal with. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone that asks for a good affordable place for storage. Thank you for everything and I know where to come if needed in the future.

No response to webform requesting a unit. No response to multiple phone calls — all of which are answered by their answering service, who take your info and fill out the same GD webform. They have no onsite office and they have no person in Saskatoon who will return your calls. It’s been 2 days, and I give up. Apparently they were a good company 5 years ago, but now they just feel like a scam.

Sounds like a nice place, other than the fact that whoever is in charge of the Saskatoon office doesn't respond to online queries/bookings. Multiple phone calls to the answering service and left messages indicating an urgent requirement were also left unanswered. (even to say "sorry, nothing available") After 3 days of zero response, I had to make other arrangements. If their response level is in any way an indication of their service...I would say steer clear.
