Terrible experience
We had a system of 13 cameras installed at our condo building and at first they worked great now because of a system update none of us can access the cameras. We have tried to get an explanation and have them fixed but they do no see to have the time for us. Not impressed with the service at all so much so I’m writing this.
Gord and his team are top notch. They have been helping us expand our security system, and were one of the only companies in the whole city who worked with us on an upgrade of our existing gear as opposed to ripping out our old system and starting fresh. Everyone from the installers to the monitoring folks have been nothing but helpful and professional.
Prompt service, very fair pricing, and knowledgeable installer. Gord was a pleasure to deal with as was his staff who were quite helpful during the initial purchase and planning, etc. I'm very pleased with the peace of mind that comes from having the security system in place, and would highly recommend their services!
Gord and his team are the best in the business. They truly care about all their clients and are willing to tackle any job. I highly recommend them!
