We used Shield Security for the whole home security solution for our new home. Working with Derek was great as he explained clearly all of the available options. We settled on a combined camera and alarm system for the whole. The installation went great and the post-install service (instructions/explanations) was excellent.
Derek is amazing! He installed security camera for my home and business. He is always quick to respond to calls. A camera recently was hit by lightening, travelling onlong camera line, blowing out cameras, monitors and both dvrs. He worked quickly to get them repaired/replaced so my system was up and running again. He is extremely reasonable with his pricing!!
Derek from Shield Security was excellent to work with. We really appreciated all the time he took to answer our questions and made us feel at total ease. He was very professional and courteous and had our security system installed promptly. We highly recommend Shield Security!
