SHIELD Property Management has been wonderful to work with! When moving in, we had some (very stressful) hiccups on our end with the sale of our old house. Matt was great. Very patient and flexible. He worked with us to make sure that we were still able to move in on our planned date. Since then, they have continued to take care of us thoroughly and promptly!
I was looking for honesty, professionalism, and peace of mind. Simply put, I didn’t want to ‘deal’ with managing all that goes into having a tenant/property. SHIELD has definitely provided that ease and convenience to being a rental owner. Matt is very communicative and has a great feel for finding solutions.
