Friendly, Knowledgeable and thorough. We booked a last minute inspection with Mike and he made us feel comfortable in our purchase. He also covered what we could do about some of the inadequacies he found in the property & things we could improve on. I couldn't recommend him enough.
Recently had our new home inspected prior to purchase and Micheal was very knowledgeable, professional and informative on any issues that might need to be taken care of. The report was very well put together and we will be able to view it at anytime digitally. They take lots of pictures to reference any issues and non issues. Will definitely use this company again for any future inspections.
