Always Helpful Shield Press has done many many printing jobs for me over the years. From all my business needs to wedding invitations and holiday cards they are always very helpful. Their turn around time is outstanding, 2-3 days for most jobs. I know they are not graphic artists but they always help with little changes here and there. It is always a pleasure doing business with Shield Press.
For All Your Printing Needs One morning, early in the morning around 6:30 I needed copies desperately for a meeting I had at 8am. I frantically ran around looking for a place and what do you know Shield Press's doors were open. I couldn't believe it. Within 15 minutes I had all the copies I needed. The Best Printer in Town!! I have to agree with the positive reviews on this site. I often go to Shield Press for printing, copies and binding of books. They have always been professional and courteous whenever I walk in. The critic on here that said they don't stock their own paper is crazy. Of course they stock many different types of paper and if they don't have it they can get it that day or the next. It is a very family oriented business. Friendly and Professional I have also been using Shield Press for all my printing needs for over 10 years and have never ever had 1 problem. As Josh stated they pick-up and deliver which is great since it is so hard for me to get out of the office. Excellent service, great price I have to strongly disagree with the prior negative reviews. I have used Shield Press for several years now on a regular basis for legal printing. In several hundred jobs, I have never had any problems. They pick up, drop off, and are reasonably priced. There has never been an error in the printing, and Steve and Brian have always been friendly and courteous.
Outraged by Shield Press Inc. I recently was referred to Shield Press by Pearl's on Canal Street. I was completely outraged and absolutely disappointed by their service and took my business elsewhere after two visits. They are unbelievable rude and incredibly unorganized. Friendly and efficient I have been going to Shield Press for a number of years and they've always been very nice and very professional. I've even called them last minute for some rush jobs and they've accommodated me.
If you like to be treated like a piece of crap... I had found Shield Press through word of mouth when I needed some posters designed for an event.
