Just wanted to say I would call them again no doubt. I had Yellow Jackets trying to invade my living room - and Ben came out and made sure we were taken care of. Very nice and polite! Professional and respectful. We are almost yellow jacket free now (big difference) and if I need to call I won't hesitate!

I had a great experience working with shield pest control. They communicated well, were on time, and didn't have pushy upselling! Also the technicians were very nice people and considerate. Great company to do business with!

I was told about this company from a friend who currently uses them and wow, I was impressed by the response time to my inquiry and also how quickly Ben could come out. Ben was professional, prompt, and friendly. I would highly recommend Shield for any and all pest problems you encounter.

Shield pest Appalachia Is the only company I use for pest control. They are very professional and effective. Ben Weems was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great guy to work with. They provide a great service. Highly recommend!
