We've had new outside shutter blinds installed on our verandah, & repairs to 2 other existing shutter blinds. We have found that the tradesmen who did our job very trustworthy and professional. Although the timeframe was a little slow, we are now happy with the work completed, and as the electrician has been, the work has been completed to our satisfaction. We would recommend Shieldmaster to anyone. Thanks again Shieldmaster.

AVOID this company! Incompetent operator who has no experience - we have been trying to get him back for over a year to fix his dodgy work. We've had leaking gutters, water sitting in gutters as the fall is incorrect, overflowing downpipes, water sheeting down the front of house through the eaves; he under ordered our gutters so cut a mismatched gutter to fit which caused water to overflow into the roof cavity (fixed with silicon!), also cut through a water pipe under the dirt (how?) and patched it with duct tape and hid it ... read more

Would not recommend as supplied and installed faulty products and when we asked for replacement has taken two years and still not completed however demanding final payment without completing works. Verbal harassment by owner of business is very poor service

When they say they will clean your roof what they actually mean is they will dump all their rubbish on your neighbours .. no idea about containment . Threats and abuse if you dare speak up.. rather pathetic actually..
