Don't. Never answers the phone. They don't return their calls same day. They don't update the message if they're closed. Had the same issue last Spring. You don't want someone like that being in charge of the warranty on your furnace in the middle of winter. After calling and leaving three clear messages from first thing in the morning with my name, number, the address and the problem, I was shocked when the girl who finally called me back the next day, mid-afternoon tried to tell me that they were short staffed like that's ... read more
