This company contract's out for delivery and takes no responsibility when vital medical supplies are not delivered. My daughters on life support and after waiting 30 minutes on hold i had to hang up and recall to get someone to answer my call.
I ordered on a product Monday and was told that it would be shipped out the same day with 2-5 business days of transit, one week later no package. After calling to inquire then waiting on hold for 15 mins I was never given a reason why I was never notified in any capacity of an error or hold up which would have allowed me to plan accordingly.
