Their delivery for incontinence supplies is great that's not the issue the issue is with the diabetic supplies told them to change the doctor over to the right doctor name, they haven't done it.And now , my mom , which is also my patient , because i'm her caregiver , won't be getting her diabetic supplies on time. Officially going a different route with her diabetic supplies.Thank you so much.
Pésimo servicio, es ridículo que no tengan envíos de emergencia específicamente envíos de las pompas cuando son utilizadas la mayoría del día y dependientes de esa nutrición. He tenido que esperar más de 3 días para que la envíen y aún así la supervisora todavía dice que puede llegar asta el próximo Lunes por el cual yo llame un Lunes y sin ninguna empatía. My first experience with them so far has been horrible .i had to track them down to get an order ( which they should’ve been following up w me after taking over for MINI PHARMACY. ) The answering service company is horrid and rude . Henry was terrible with interaction w this customer. Non hospitable and talks over customers. I don’t feel cared for as a customer .
