Had issues with water pooling in my basement in a few areas after this temperature increase in late February. When I called Shield they booked me for an appointment the next day. Brad came out and determined that it was from condensation from the extreme temperature swings and recommended potentially spray foam insulating the basement and that the structure was still fine. Professional and fast service. Didn’t try and upsell me on products that they offer. I’ll definitely call them again if I have any issues.

I cannot say enough good things about every person I have dealt with at Shield. We had heaving in our basement that was causing pressure all the way up to the roof. The guys had to chip out all the concrete in our basement, remove the water soaked clay underneath it, install internal weeping tile, unclog the external weeping tile, adjust teleposts, repour concrete pads for teleposts and then repour the concrete for the basement (on top of other small things) So it was a BIG job.
