Ben and Ryley did a great job with small foundation project that we had. However my husband and I jointly own the house and the account was put in my husbands name only. This is the second time this season that we’ve employed Shield. I mostly dealt with the workers and the office staff so I cannot understand how we were not listed joint on our account.
