Seen this company work at the neighbor's house several weeks ago. Went and talked to the neighbor. Found out that they came highly recommended but with this particular job they started the work .....they took 80% of the money and now they ghosted the client for the last 7 weeks. The client is still waiting for his concrete to be poured in the back and the company's giving him the runaround.... Definitely not reliable!!
The team of Amadou and Alex Nono just left and the work and care they put in for our foundation repair was/is excellent! I kept a surreptitious eye on their work at each stage of the repair and have already mentioned how impressed I am to the neighbours. They were very careful to make sure that the substantial clay spill pile didn't mess with my lawn and its hard to tell it was ever there. Ramsey, James, and Lucius from Shield were here today to start on our repairs. Due to the congestion of utilities etc., all the excavating had to be done by hand. They did an excellent job. I couldn’t believe how much they got done in just one day. They left the site very neat & completed the work with safety in mind. Great job all around.
Constant delays, miscommunications, work was not up to code, and workers literally peed on our house. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. During the quote process they told us what they thought we wanted to hear which completely changed the scope of our project right after digging the first pits. The guys were very careful with the work, paid attention to detail, and kept everything neat and clean throughout the job.
