What a great experience seeing the therapist and doctor. I've had so many questions about my back pain for years. Seemed like all I was ever getting from the doctors I had seen was a new prescription for a different medication to treat the pain. Never found any of the medications helpful and honestly didn't want to be taking medication forever to treat my pain. Referred to see Dr. Schindel by my family physician because of some whiplash related neck pain. Hadn't had much success with a whole bunch of other treatments: physio, chiro, massage, etc. But Went to see him not knowing what to expect. Long story short, tried some injections for my neck pain and feeling alot better. Took the time to listen to me and explain things, which made me less nervous about getting the treatment. Would recommend.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this clinic — and specifically Dr. Schindel — was extremely disappointing. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and lacked empathy toward my situation as a chronic pain patient. Initially, I felt hopeful after my first assessment. I followed all recommended treatments, including lidocaine injections from July through November, along with physiotherapy and consistent stretching.
