Called them back to make an appointment since they always seem to call while im at work. Lady on the phone asked me for my phone number and date of birth. I sat on hold for 23 minutes. Nobody ever came back, and then the line went dead. Doesn't make a good impression, especially with all the time I had to read other reviews.

What a horrible experience with a horrible doctor. They don't care about their patients! I've been a paraplegic for 28yrs and I have severe tendinopathy in my elbow and shoulder. All that was offered was a peice of paper to do exercises at home. My arm didn't improve with the exercise so the doctor offered to do an injection the following week. My wife was referred to this clinic when we moved to Alberta from Ontario. We were told that the provinces have reciprocal agreements for healthcare and this is a covered service for someone with chronic pain. Aside from only a handful of treatments before being dismissed, Dr Vic refused to refer my wife to a physiatrist for continued care, which was recommended by the physiotherapist.
