**1.5 stars** We hired Shield Cleaning Services for a regular house clean. Unfortunately, we weren't happy with the service for the following reasons: - Not reliable: Shield cleaning was scheduled to come to the house at 3pm for cleaning. At 2:30pm, they called to cancel and to reschedule to the next morning with no reason given and without apology for the inconvenience caused for us (as we had to reschedule the next day's plans to accommodate them the next morning). Really appreciate Shield for such a nice job done at my place. They sparkle clean my bathrooms and kitchen. I do recommend other to use their service as well.

Good job done by Shield. Very friendly and professional staff. They reached on time and completed the work within the limited time given by me as i was i a hurry. Satisfied with the services offered by them. Highly recommended.
