My experience here has been consistently frustrating. The staff often seem unsure of what they’re doing, and the level of professionalism is far below what you would expect from a medical clinic. The environment also feels unclean and unsanitary, which is a major concern for a health facility. My childhood doctors, very friendly and helpful
I’m currently on hold this is my second time calling this doctors office today. I’m new to the area and Maria front desk stated she was busy and that I need to call back. I’ve never heard such things before. Also I had to ask for her name several times before being given a name. Now if she said wait one moment let me put you on hold that’s different this woman Maria directly said I’m busy you can call back in 10 min is crazy makes no sense for me to call back I can already see this is a circus
The doctor was very nice and despite people saying the staff is rude it is untrue.
