I hate to say it but the old lady at the front desk is horribly rude & looks & acts like she should go ahead & do us all a favor and retire. I’ve never in my life seen anything quite like her. Besides her, Everyone that worked there was kind & professional. I love Dr Shidler but he for got to cut my dogs nails and after 116.00 I can't afford to go back.my baby is doing well now thank you for being there
