I bought a Biore UV sunscreen and it's already expired. I also checked thru app for expiry date, poor result. too late to return coz I was told all sales are final no return no exchange. I'm not buying there again...So, for those japan beauty addicts, pls check expiry date before buying.

I am so grateful for this place! I went back to Japan recently and was bummed I wouldn’t be able to get some of the skincare I got in Japan. This place sells most of the skincare/makeup that they sell at don quijote! I hope they one day sell the vitamin C drink and Pocari Sweat 👀

Unfortunately had a bad experience in store. I had seen a lot of videos online and was excited to visit. Most of all I was interested in looking at the Sanrio items that are kept in the back of the store. So I made my way to that section not knowing that it was closed off. I was going to look at the Sanrio items when a Female employ yelled at me that I could not be there. Taken aback by her tone of voice I just nodded my head and left. I went to inquire about a question I had about a Korean skin care product for someone in my family. I’ve never been in this store before. None of the workers asked me if I needed help or if I had a question about something that I wanted to know about. I felt like I was disrespected.
